Know what counts.
A store visit, a reported purchase, and a payable reward are different events. Your account keeps them separate.
From a visit to a wallet.
- 01
Visit recorded
A signed-in member starts an eligible shopping trip. A visit alone does not earn a reward.
- 02
Activity reported
A participating merchant or activity partner reports a qualifying event to ZEC Rewards.
- 03
In review
Eligibility, returns, reversals, and partner payment are checked. The amount can change.
- 04
Available
Only an approved, settled reward moves into the balance available for redemption.
- 05Payouts are not yet enabled
Redeemed
When payouts are enabled and the minimum is met, ZEC can be sent to the member’s wallet.
What an account can show today.
This anonymized example comes from pilot survey activity reported on September 23, 2026. It demonstrates reporting and review only. It is not a customer testimonial or a completed ZEC payout.
The reported amount appears in activity. It remains outside the available balance while eligibility and settlement are checked.
What this example proves
Partner activity can reach a member’s account and appear with its current status.
What it does not prove yet
An approved reward or ZEC payout. We will show those stages only after they occur and payouts are enabled.
