How shopping rewards work.
Shop through a participating merchant on ZEC Rewards. If the order qualifies and the merchant confirms it, the stated reward can become available for ZEC redemption.
The merchant must report and approve a qualifying purchase.
From your click to an eligible reward.
1. Start at ZEC Rewards
Sign in, select an active merchant on the Shop page, and use its Shop button. We record a click and the offer rate at that moment. A recorded click alone does not prove a purchase or create a payable reward.
2. Complete the purchase with the merchant
Pay the merchant using its normal checkout. Switching to another cashback service, closing the session, or using a coupon the merchant has not approved may interfere with attribution. Merchant rules differ; read the offer terms before ordering.
3. Wait for the transaction report
The merchant or affiliate network reports qualifying transactions after checkout. Reporting is not always immediate. If a purchase has not appeared yet, keep your order confirmation and allow time for the network to report it. Do not place a second order just to trigger tracking.
4. Wait for merchant confirmation
A reported purchase can remain pending while the merchant checks payment, eligibility, cancellations, and returns. Shipping, sales tax, and fees may be excluded from the reward calculation. Only confirmed eligible rewards can contribute to a redeemable balance.
5. Redeem when eligible
When redemption is available, check the quoted ZEC amount and send to a compatible wallet address you control. Never provide a wallet seed phrase or private key to ZEC Rewards or a survey.
