Why is my reward pending?
A shopping click, a merchant order, and a confirmed reward happen at different times. Your account keeps those stages separate so you can see what has actually been reported.
A merchant can still cancel, decline, or adjust a reported transaction.
What to expect after checkout.
I have an order confirmation. Why is nothing in my account?
The merchant's checkout confirms your order, but the affiliate network reports shopping activity separately. A successful checkout does not guarantee the purchase was attributed to ZEC Rewards. Keep the order confirmation and check your dashboard later; reporting times vary by merchant and network.
What does pending mean?
Pending means a purchase has been reported, but it has not become a redeemable reward. The merchant may be waiting for payment, shipping, or its return window to pass. A reported amount or rate may be corrected during review.
Why can a transaction be declined or reversed?
Cancellations, returns, unpaid orders, ineligible products, attribution to another publisher, or a merchant's program rules can affect commission. If the partner declines or reverses commission, the related reward cannot be paid from that transaction.
Which amount is used for my reward?
Many merchant programs exclude shipping, taxes, and other fees. The eligible amount and approved commission reported by the partner determine the reward under the offer terms. The total charged to your card is not necessarily the reward base.
When should I ask for help?
If a purchase still does not appear after the merchant's stated reporting period, keep the order number, date, merchant, and item subtotal handy. Do not share full card numbers or wallet recovery words. Contact ZEC Rewards using the support details in your account so the missing transaction can be investigated.
