ZCASH EXPLAINED

ZEC and ZCSH: what is the difference?

ZEC is the digital currency used on the Zcash network. ZCSH is the ticker for The Zcash ETF, sponsored by Grayscale. ZEC Rewards lets members earn eligible rewards redeemable in ZEC through shopping; it does not sell ETF shares.

ZEC Rewards is not affiliated with The ZCSH ETF.

Learn about or hold ZEC

Start with our ZEC introduction and Zcash learning guide. ZEC is a volatile digital asset. Receiving it requires a compatible wallet, and the privacy of a transfer depends on its address and transaction path.

Research ZCSH fund shares

The Zcash ETF trades under ZCSH on NYSE Arca, according to its September 2026 SEC filing. For its investment objective, expenses, and risks, consult the fund's current prospectus and disclosures. ZEC Rewards does not sell, advise on, or pay rewards in ZCSH shares.

Earn ZEC through ordinary shopping

On ZEC Rewards, you pay participating merchants using their normal checkout. If a purchase qualifies and the merchant approves the affiliate transaction, the stated reward can become eligible for redemption in ZEC. A click or order confirmation alone is not an approved reward. Read how shopping rewards work before you start.

ZEC Rewards is independent of Grayscale and The Zcash ETF. Mention of ZCSH here is for clarification, not an endorsement or investment recommendation.
