Start with “Am I eligible?”
Open the current offer page and read the conditions. Country, device, age, new-customer status, qualifying products, and completion deadlines can affect eligibility. Seeing a merchant name is not enough to know whether your planned activity qualifies.
If a condition is unclear, do not invent an answer or assume an exception. Choose another activity or use the site’s help options before starting. Survey availability and qualification can also change as research needs change.
Compare the reward with the real commitment
Ask what you would need to spend, subscribe to, or complete. Look beyond a free trial’s first day: note any later charge, cancellation method, and required subscription period. An activity should make sense for you even if the reward takes time to be reviewed.
For an illustrative shopping example, a 2% reward on a $100 eligible subtotal is $2 before any applicable adjustments. That is not 2% of every checkout total: taxes, shipping, excluded items, and program conditions may change the eligible amount. This is an example, not a current offer.
- What action must I complete?
- Is there an upfront or recurring cost?
- How much time does it reasonably require?
- Which conditions could reduce or remove the reward?
Follow the starting instructions
Sign in to the intended ZEC Rewards account and start through the relevant offer or merchant link. Read any tracking instructions before leaving the page. Shopping directly at the merchant later may not attribute the purchase to ZEC Rewards.
Keep the order confirmation, date, and offer terms privately. They can help explain what happened if activity is missing, but an order receipt alone does not prove the purchase was attributed or eligible. Do not share payment-card details or wallet recovery words to investigate a reward.
Know what the status actually means
A recorded visit shows that a link was used. It does not prove a purchase or completed activity. Reported activity means information has arrived for review. An amount in review remains separate from the available balance.
Eligibility checks, returns, cancellations, and settlement can affect the outcome. Use the dashboard’s available amount when planning redemption. A pending amount may change or be reversed, and approval timing varies by activity.
Choose a useful activity, then check back
Start with something you already want to do, such as a planned purchase at a participating store. Check the current terms each time instead of relying on an old social post or screenshot. Offer availability and reward rates can change.
Afterward, use My Rewards to review recorded activity. If you need help, provide the merchant or activity, date, and relevant reference through the site’s support options. Keep sensitive account and wallet information out of the conversation.
- Read the current terms.
- Confirm eligibility and any cost.
- Start through the correct link while signed in.
- Keep your own private record.
- Distinguish reported activity from available rewards.
